A terrific bean and even a bit of an aquired taste. Smaller and rounder than the regular arabica, these beans hold incredible flavor for their size. We roast these beans slightly into second crack, which maintains what we think are the best characteristics of this great bean.. Floral and wine notes, full body, and pleasant aftertaste.
